I was so pleased to have the wonderful opportunity to design a cookbook for the Prince William Sound Science Center’s anniversary of it’s annual Copper River Nouveau fundraising dinner. The book featured profiles 14 of Alaska’s favorite chefs and some of their best seafood recipes. It was a treat to team up with the super talented Ash Adams Photography, because my motto is good photos make good design so I really owe all the compliments to her here.
